Good news on this Monday morning for jobs in the Cork and mid-west regions. First off DeCare Systems (www.decaresystems.ie), an American Software Firm, has announced that they intend to hire 100 new staff in the Cork offices at the University Technology Centre. This 9 year old firm already employs 150 in their Cork offices. These jobs will be mostly for highly skilled IT staff.
It has also been announced that there will be 90 new jobs in the Clare region and a further 50 jobs in Limerick. These will come with the support of IDA Ireland. The Minister for Enterprise Micheal Martin will announce this later today.
