6 April 2007 | Ireland | 4 Responses by paul savage.

Yesterday there were 300 new banking jobs announced from Bank of Scotland Ireland (www.bankofscotland.ie), mostly in Dublin. These new jobs will bring the bank’s total of employees to 1700 in Ireland. More than 50% of these will be in the business area. The retail banking part of the bank Halifax is aiming to create 120 jobs and to bring the number of branches in Ireland to 41 by the end of 2007.

The bank will be recruiting in Cork, Galway, Kilkenny, Limerick, Sligo, Belfast and Waterford. There will also be new jobs in their customer care centre in Dundalk. So if you are in the business and looking for a job, get your CV into them ASAP !
