Good news has come for Galway today from the engineering firm Celestica (www.celestica.com). They plan to add 120 jobs at their plant at the Parkmore Industrial Estate, Galway. These jobs will be mainly targeted at chemists, engineers, and specialists in automation and quality control. This will bring their operations to 440 at the Galway location. Celestica produces power supplies that are used in mobile phones and other small electronic devices (iPods, MP3 players and cameras).
