True, of course blogs which don’t have have the rel attribute set to ‘nofollow’ are pretty useful too I suppose.

Hi Mick, well from a SEO standpoint blogs are a good way of providing fresh content, and most of these recruitment companies have an in house SEO or hire external firms.

Y’know this is very interesting and also very interesting to note that the most prolific private recruiment businesses with blogs also seem to be the most visible recruitment agencys in search.

I doubt this is a coincidence either.

Thanks for the short writeup about our new Osborne Recruitment blog. You’re right — for now, we’ve just opted for Google’s Blogger, to get started out and see how things go with their ease of implementation. Obviously you can only do so much branding with modifiable templates.
