Microsemi (www.microsemi.com) have announced yesterday that they have plans to expand their plant in Ennis, Co. Clare. 60-80 jobs are estimated to be created in the next year. Previously, in 2005, the firm had announced that they were planning to close the Gort plant and pulling out of Ireland, but this move today will secures the current 108 jobs in the plant already.

Sercom Solutions where I worked on a busy line building LCD screens and inspection area as a quality controller.
